I've never been into to the TV series too much. I couldn't make it with The Sex and the City, not with Prison Break or Lost. I've got only one true crush so far and its name was Kitchen Confidential but was hooked me then was the bunny episode.
Until two weeks ago when suddenly I discovered My Name Is Earl. It hit my like a car seconds after winning the lottery ticket. So I decided to be good and started with the first season, then passed through the Prison season ending with the last week's latest episode. Earl makes me happy.
From the episode when he quit smoking and returned an old lady 2 years of her life:
To the episode when he regretted for selling a lemon car once (all car resellers should watch this episode, I swear):
My Name Is Earl on IMDB and NBC
Then while I was thinking how cool life is when you complete your life-long mission of the month by watching all these series I bumped into 30 Rock.
As you can guess and you guess it right, I'm already into it but still working on season#1. 30 Rock makes me relieved.
30 Rock on IMDB and NBC
NBC rock this autumn which reminds me to thank Mr. Thomas Edison for inventing so many things among which are the light bulb and General Electric.
The spam I receive recently has dramatically changed. It seems that some regulations were put in action in Russia because I no longer receive spam from Russia (in Russian). The recent hype are offers from Asia. I am not sure which part of Asia exactly, but they look more or less Chinese.
It's not a secret that I read my spam. So I'd highly appreciate if someone translates these mail subjects!

She goes to bed early and wakes up at 3 in the morning to do her daily business tasks. She likes fine dine but gets easily bored with the fine service. She loves traveling but hates the packing day before take off. She never used her phone till the day she woke up with three and having them she decided that it's a waste if she doesn't talk and since then she rarely stops. Sometimes she even talks to people considered friends. She's so busy talking that she never picks up when somebody's calling. She fell in love: three times for the last month. She's tired and all she needs is being alone in a vacuum.

What one can do on a Sunday evening? Jam session, as long as promised that you won't play.
So last Sunday evening was really pleasant and here is a small extract from it:
Cats sleep anywhere
Any table
Any chair
Top of piano
Window ledge
In the middle
On the edge
Open drawer
Empty shoe
Anybody’s lap will do
Fitted in a cardboard box
In the cupboard
With your frocks
Anywhere!
They don’t care
Cats sleep anywhere.

Juno Reactor's concert was awesome, except for J. who just didn't let me enjoy the performance. Kissing was fine. When we're leaving I thought how wrong and pity it could be to fall with someone who just dislikes your music. And goes to bed early.
Whenever in Munich, do not miss Ratskeller on Marienplatz.
Here it is in brief:

Something with meat, but tasty:

A two weeks ago Lwd. invited me to almost surreal event. It was the official opening of the days of the Russian culture and cinema and he wanted to see a movie from 1916 but couldn't remember its name. I haven't had dose of _that old_ movie since the time at the Academy and I found it great idea.
The movie was A Life for a Life (Zhizn za zhizn ), directed by Yevgeni Bauer and indeed it was amazing piece keeping in mind the time when it was shot. Taken just an year before the Revolution, it had rich set decoration and costume design. Camera and cutting techniques also deserved a bow, because what today we get as normal was quite unusual in 1916. And here comes the best: it was a silent movie, so it was accompanied by live piano performance. Enough for the movie.
The really impressing part was before it. There were welcome message that lasted more than 40 minutes (longer than the movie we were about to see). The atmosphere was just as if taken from the 40's, with all these long inspirational speeches by important Russian artists. Probably Lwd. and I were the youngest youngest audience in the whole hall. Lwd. deserved true applauses because he was understanding most of the Russian without any help. Without some of the jokes we had, I wouldn't survive the prologue. Undoubtedly Lev Durov made it even more unforgettable with a 20 minutes recital. Have some of it below:
Happy October!
The place where I got lost
The market
The lady
The Frauenkirche towers
The street musician (no idea how he drag the piano there
The street with the amazing shoes
The Marienplatz cafe
The City Hall
The column
A little late but almost in time (keeping in mind that it is still October), here are the pictures from Octoberfest'08.
And of course, the wurstels!
This trip will be remembered thanks to two or better three things (in order or appearance):
I took a Neil Gaiman's book but suddenly I felt too lazy to read. Some things lead to others and I remembered that Coraline was across the corner last spring. It turned out that waiting is almost over and will eventually end in February next year.
Meanwhile, the trailer is more than OMG! Have a look:
Some people are just lucky with their birthday presents...
Russia's Putin gets tiger cub for his birthday
There's no doubt what Vladimir Putin's favorite birthday present is this year — a rare Ussuri tiger cub.State television showed the Russian prime minister tenderly petting the 2-month-old female cub Friday at his residence outside Moscow. The cub, weighing about 20 pounds, was curled up in a wicker basket with a tiger-print cushion.
My flight is within hours and I all I care is this tiny lynx. It's sad that I'm going to a place where I won't meet it.
Brussels closes the summer travel season. It's a bit sad, under other circumstances at that time I'd be in Montenegro, followed by Croatia and Bosnia&Herzegovina. Still... to certain extend I'm happy with the decision to stay, because there is something else that has top priority to me now.
