Bucharest is bigger than expected, and far more interesting than most travel guides depict it.

Bucharest has great potential, but first all these cables should be dug deeper underground. Some of them deserve Guinness award, or Nobel prize: hey guys, I guess you just lay new cables when there is problem instead of going through their maze.
